Q How do you ensure product quality before shipment?

Every product undergoes 100% inspection before shipment, including Insertion Loss Test, Return Loss Test, End-face Inspection using 3D Interferometer, Polarity Verification, and visual inspection. Full test reports are available and can be provided with each shipment.

Q Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes, samples are available. Sample cost is refundable upon placing a formal bulk order. Standard samples can be shipped within 3–5 working days. Please provide your shipping account number or we can arrange shipping at cost.

Q What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T (bank transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), Western Union, and PayPal. For new customers, we typically require a 30% deposit with the balance paid before shipment. Please contact our sales team to discuss payment arrangements.

Q What shipping methods and trade terms do you support?

We support FOB, CIF, DDU, and DDP shipping terms. We work with major international freight carriers including DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, and sea freight for bulk orders. We ship to the USA, Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and worldwide.

Q How long is your lead time?

For stock items, we ship within 3–7 working days. For OEM/ODM custom orders, lead time is typically 15–25 working days depending on order quantity and complexity. We also support urgent orders — please contact us to discuss your timeline.

Q What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ is flexible depending on the product type. For standard patch cords and connectors, we accept small trial orders. For OEM/ODM custom products, MOQ is negotiable. Please contact us for details based on your specific requirements.

Q What certifications do your products hold?

Our products and quality management system are certified by ISO 9001, CE, DCA, and RoHS. Test reports including insertion loss and return loss results are available upon request for each product.

Q Do you offer OEM and ODM services?

Yes. We provide full OEM and ODM services, including custom fiber length, connector type, jacket color, private label packaging, and brand logo printing. Please contact us with your specifications and we will provide a tailored solution.
