New Light Complete Connect MTP - LC Fan-out harness cables are easily installed. The MTP connector simply clicks into place and ensures the polarity across your Fibre Channel is maintained. The cables are fully compatible with other MTP based fibre systems. No specialist tools or equipment are required.

Our range of 3mm 12 fibre cables and 3.8mm 24 fibre cables ensures that a small bend radius is achievable, the cable weight is reduced by 65% and the space in cable trays is reduced by 60% compared to traditional tight buffered or loose tube fibre.

Application

Application within duplex 1G to 10G Ethernet networks
For these applications, MPO patch cables with 12 fibre connectors and 12 fibre cables are predominantly used. They are mainly located in distribution areas where high density patching fields are required. Using MPO patch cables as opposed to standard duplex LC - LC patch cables increases the patching density by a factor of six. Typically, these MPO patch cables will be polarity C and will have male MPO connectors and will connect to polarity C trunk/backbone MPO cables. The trunk cables will have MPO female connectors.

Application within duplex 25G Ethernet networks
This is the newest application for MPO patch cables. These cables use 8 fibre MPO connectors and 8 fibre cable and are used for BASE-8. although at the time of writing this application is in the early adoption phase it is projected to grow rapidly as more equipment is produced at 25G data rates.

Application within 40G and 100G SR4 or PSM4 Ethernet parallel transmission networks
Typically, these cables will use an MPO 12 fibre connector and 12 fibre cable. However, in the transmission of SR4 40G or 100G Ethernet only 8 fibres within these cables are used. The advantage of using 12 fibre cables (as opposed to 8 fibre) is that the cabling is often used alongside duplex 10G networking and so these cables can have multiple purposes and offer greater flexibility with negligible cost difference.

The three polarity methods Type A, Type B and Type C are used to guarantee the right bi-directional allocation.

7. Whats your warranty?

For patch cord, we have 2 years warranty since delivery, but only responsible for non-artificial damage. For artificial damage, we can repare it for you for free, but freight will be paid by your side.

8. Whats your packing?

We are using international export package. attached some packing of different products for your reference. We also can print your logo on the packing.

9. Can you do OEM/ODM?

Yes, we can. We are manufacturer, all products accept OEM/ODM. we can sign the Confidentiality agreement.

10. Can I have a sample?

It depends on which products, for adaptor, attenuator, patch cord, pigtail, we can provide the sample for free. But freight repaid by your side.

For big value products, we can't offer it for free, sample charge and freight repaid first, after you placed order, the sample charge will be returned.
