What's your lead time?

We have three factories in China. For fiber optic patch cords, lead time can be 2-3 working days for 5000 pieces. Regular products are typically in stock. We can handle urgent orders.

What's your warranty?

For patch cords, we offer 2 years warranty since delivery for non-artificial damage. For artificial damage, we can repair it for free but freight will be paid by the customer.

What's your packing?

We use international export packaging. We can also print your logo on the packaging.

Can you do OEM/ODM?

Yes, we can. We are a manufacturer and all products accept OEM/ODM. We can sign confidentiality agreements.

Can I have a sample?

For adaptors, attenuators, patch cords, and pigtails, we can provide samples for free but freight is paid by the customer. For high-value products, sample charges and freight must be paid first and will be returned after order placement.
